The terms of this Shipping Policy must be understood before making a purchase. If you do not agree with the terms, you are advised not to proceed. The terms in this Shipping Policy shall be accepted without modification and shall be binding upon the user.
Shipping & Delivery
Chotemote Toys is committed to delivering all orders with high-quality packaging within 5-7 working days for domestic areas. We currently do not offer international shipping. Our shipping operations exclude Sundays and public holidays under normal circumstances. We ensure delivery through reputed logistics companies to provide a seamless experience for our customers.
Shipping Charges
Chotemote Toys offers free shipping on all products. For express delivery, a non-refundable flat shipping fee of INR 99 per order applies. Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
We work with third-party logistics service providers who are independent entities from Chotemote Toys. Once an order is shipped, the user will receive tracking details via email and SMS. The estimated delivery date is provided based on information from our logistics partners. Chotemote Toys is not responsible for delays caused by logistics service providers.
Order Processing & Address Accuracy
Before confirming an order, users must provide an accurate shipping address with complete details and landmarks (if any) to facilitate timely delivery. Chotemote Toys will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
Cash on Delivery (COD) & Prepaid Orders
Chotemote Toys currently delivers to select locations across India. Customers must verify the availability of COD or prepaid services by entering their pin code during checkout. If the entered pin code is outside our serviceable areas, we will not be able to process the order.
Order Delivery Timelines
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days of placement. However, delays may occur due to government regulations, unforeseen circumstances, or external disruptions.
Once the order is handed over to our logistics partner, users will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS, which can be used to check order status on the logistics provider’s website or under the ‘My Orders’ section of Chotemote Toys’ website.
Most orders are delivered within 5-7 working days. We attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, Chotemote Toys reserves the right to cancel the order.

- Political disruptions, strikes, or government lockdowns
- Natural disasters such as earthquakes or floods
- Any unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, Chotemote Toys will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer via email or SMS. However, we are not liable for any mental distress or inconvenience caused by delivery delays.
Damaged Product Upon Delivery
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, kindly refuse to accept the delivery and return it to the courier. Once verified, we will ensure a replacement is dispatched at no additional cost.
