Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items with discounts of 20% or more or on items under Buy X Get Y free offers.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or personalized toys.
Toys marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
Damaged items caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents.
How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at info@chotemotetoys.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the product (if damaged or defective).
Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs.
For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers must pay a return shipping fee of ₹200.
Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected and approved by our team.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original method of payment.
Partial Refunds:
In cases where the item is not returned in its original condition (e.g., damaged packaging), only a partial refund may be issued.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.
Items marked as non-returnable are also non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds:

Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges:
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.

Process for Exchanges:
Once approved, we will send a replacement item free of charge. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or offer store credit.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been shipped.
